RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Successfully complete 4-6 weeks of training. Drive sales growth and profits for the restaurant and catering. Manage shifts and ensure floor control. Develop hourly employees, fostering motivation, training, and personal and professional growth.

REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

Minimum of 1-2 years of upper management experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ServSafe Certification Required. Excellent leadership, customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to attract, train, retain, and motivate quality employees. Basic knowledge of PC functions. Maintain a positive, clean, safe atmosphere and environment for both guests and coworkers. Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, establishment, and the brand. Strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceed our guests’ expectations 100% of the time.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Position requires the ability to tolerate walking and standing during the entire shift. Must be capable of reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying, with a minimum lifting capacity of 50 pounds to chin level without injury. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under high-pressure situations. Demonstrates the ability to manage staff and handle adversity.
