Vice President and Associate Vice President, Product Management About the Company Forward-thinking financial technology (FinTech) company specializing in investment management solutions Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a dynamic Product Manager to take on a leadership role in the development of Distributed Ledger Technology APIs and client system integrations. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team and will be responsible for engaging with end users and clients to identify and deliver solutions that meet core functional areas and user needs. This role requires the development of a strategic roadmap, leading the direction of product data models and APIs, and working closely with executive management to provide status updates on critical strategic implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management within a fast-paced, agile environment, with a strong technical background and experience in financial technology. Key responsibilities for this management-level position include mentoring and coaching the team, proposing and planning team structure, and expansion, and maintaining a customer-centric focus. The role demands a natural problem solver, a critical thinker, and a professional who is comfortable with the unknown. The candidate should have a history of exercising strong influence in partnerships, be an excellent communicator, and have a strong technical background with an emphasis on SQL and API integrations. Experience in data engineering and quantitative science is preferred, but not required. The role is ideal for someone who is driven to push initiatives to conclusions, has a strong sense of business impact, and is adept at managing concurrent requests and requirements.
