Towne Home Care is currently hiring a full time Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong sense of urgency. Clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle goal-oriented tasks are vital for this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling of healthcare workers, such as CHHA and Companions, so that elderly home care clients are fully staffed effectively and consistently.

• Balancing high volume phone calls while maintaining documentation and accurate data entry in to several systems.

• Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and their families, addressing inquiries from potential clients, and scheduling field staff.

• Coordinating with clinical and field staff to ensure all patient needs are met and communicated properly.

• Utilizing various software concurrently, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs and Sheets, browser-based texting and scheduling software.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Previous office experience a plus but not required.

• Computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office

• Flexibility and willingness to jump in and assist in other areas to ensure smooth business operations

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong communications skills
