Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary The Post‑Acute Sales Specialist will support Integra LifeSciences’ Advanced Wound Care Total Contact Cast Products, including TCC‑EZ and MedE‑Kast Solutions. Responsibilities involve prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building, and product in‑servicing to build account awareness and demand. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new account opportunities while supporting and growing existing business within assigned territory. Provide in‑service programs to targeted accounts, including case coverage at wound care centers. Conduct continued education for customers to encourage growth of TCC‑EZ/MedE‑Kast usage. Establish relationships with Program Directors, medical doctors, and key clinical staff at wound care centers. Serve in a consultative role aligned with product indications. Use Salesforce to enter and track opportunities and activities. Create a formal business plan each fiscal year and submit monthly/quarterly reports to exceed sales goals. Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing, and product development teams. Maintain high level of technical, product, and disease state knowledge. Submit weekly and monthly reports as defined by sales management. Operate within defined budgets and adhere to policies and procedures, the Advamed Code of Conduct, the Sunshine Act, and FDA promotional regulations. Safeguard patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. Perform sales administrative duties in a timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 2 years of successful field sales experience; healthcare experience preferred. Large territory management experience and ability to manage time on high‑value accounts. Coachable, lifelong learner with a history of reflecting on performance. Confidence to communicate with physicians and clinical personnel. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills. Physically capable of standing for long hours; able to lift and carry 50lbs. Valid driver’s license required. Overnight travel required, up to 50%. Ability to meet credentialing requirements to physically enter customer establishments. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $53,000 – $98,000 per year, with variable incentive compensation.
