Key Responsibilities As an intern, you will: Assist with Data Projects: Help collect, organize, and analyze business data related to pricing, growth, distribution, and performance. Turn Data into Insights: Identify patterns and trends and join discussions about how data informs decisions. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside portfolio managers, underwriters, analysts, and sales partners to understand how different roles come together to contribute to business outcomes. Create Visuals & Presentations: Help build simple dashboards or slide decks to communicate findings clearly and professionally. Explore AI in Action: Learn how AI is used in insurance, like predictive modeling and automation, and assist with research or analysis involving AI tools. Grow Professionally: Attend team meetings, training sessions, and intern events to build industry knowledge, professional confidence, and a network. Own a Real Project: Take on a project tied to an actual business priority and present your findings and recommendations to Small Commercial leaders.
