Qualifications Job qualifications & certifications: Active Nurse Practitioner authorization/licensure as required for the assignment location. Graduate education as required for the Nurse Practitioner role. Eligible to prescribe medication where authorized. Outpatient/clinic experience preferred. Subject to client/solicitation onboarding requirements (licensure verification, background screening, and any required pre-placement documentation). Skills: Clinical judgment and patient-centered communication. EHR documentation proficiency. Diagnostic reasoning and treatment planning.Collaboration and care coordination. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings in the EHR per clinic workflow. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient clinic setting. Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work) consistent with scope and clinic protocols. Prescribe medications where authorized; provide patient counseling and follow-up instructions. Coordinate care with partnering clinicians and interdisciplinary staff; refer patients as appropriate.
