• Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 7:30am-6:30pm, Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm
• Provider can work 4 or 5 shifts
• 5-10 office visits per day
• Adult medicine clinic setting
• Must be comfortable performing injections
• Hospital privileges required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
