Seasonal Customer Service RepresentativeThis is a seasonal position starting in November-December. From recruiting and training quality holiday characters, local leadership, and field staff - our mission is simple: to bring magic to every experience.As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help create the magic behind the scenes as you strive to resolve customer concerns and deliver exceptional guest service. In this role, strong communication and time management skills are essential when resolving common customer concerns in a timely manner.
