The RoleThe FFIO – GPS Manager will support asset management, investment product and the distribution channels in the execution of portfolio launches, retirement plan conversions, mergers/liquidations, and product structure changes. This is done via coordination with internal and third-party business partners to provide timely, accurate delivery of operational components of fund events. We are part of the Fund Administration unit within FFIO and collaborate with investment operations, trading, compliance, legal, and oversight teams across all Fidelity asset management divisions to bring new products and services to our customers. Global Product Solutions teams view investment and operations challenges as opportunities and enjoy designing client on-boarding and transition strategies that minimize portfolio disruption and transactions costs while enhancing the customer experience. Fidelity’s Onsite Working ModelFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
