Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Silver Cross Medical Group is seeking a part-time, primary care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team! The APP will provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to patients with various health conditions and demonstrate necessary skills and services to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience.
- 100% outpatient position
- Part-Time at 20-24 hours per week
- Office location is Silver Cross Hospital campus in New Lenox, IL
