Position Details Facility: GSS ND Larimore Ctr Location: Larimore, ND Address: 501 E Front St, Larimore, ND 58251, USA Shift: Weekend Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $32.50–$48.00 per hour Pay Info: $25,000 sign‑on bonus ($12,500 paid after 60 days) Department Details: Join our team as a full‑time day RN – Registered Nurse! Earn $32.50+ per hour, depending on experience, plus a $25,000 sign‑on bonus paid in two installments. Full‑time weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with 12‑hour shifts. Eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, and additional shift differentials for weekends. Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. The RN collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues—including providers—to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing expertise, utilizing age‑ and population‑specific standards as appropriate for the assigned clinical setting. The RN cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, and coordinates care, assessments, education, and various nursing interventions. The RN may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate, ensuring safe and reliable resident care and resolving care concerns. The RN functions within the scopes and standards of practice outlined in the Nurse Practice Act, administrative rules, and the code of ethics for nurses. Qualifications Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). A bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
