The primary focus of a Data Engineer is to help our clients build reliable, performant, and scalable solutions to help drive our customers' business forward. Responsibilities Hands-on development and data engineering Participate in development and team meetings lead by project manager or scrum master Work in a blended environment with client and other CSTG team members Achieve required certifications Requirements 2+ years of experience building complex data solutions 2+ years Experience with Java, Scala and/or Python (functional programming a plus) Experience building ELT data or analytic pipelines (Spark, AWS Glue or Azure DataFactory) Experience with CI/CD (such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions) Experience with Containerization (such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes) Experience with NoSQL databases (such as CosmosDB, Dynamo, Cassandra, MongoDB) Ability to communicate technical ideas and designs to client teams Preferred Qualifications: AWS or Azure Certifications Previous Consulting Experience Experience with Databricks, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis, EventHub or other MPP technologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
