Texas Licensed Senior MEP Engineer

Leading the design of building systems and equipment, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior MEP Engineer will evaluate energy efficiency, manage complex operational improvement projects, and supervise project team members while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage and lead the development of energy conservation and operational improvement projects, coordinating with multiple engineers and developers Analyze building systems for load determination, code compliance, and operational improvements using industry-standard calculations and software Develop construction project budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's (B.S.) degree in engineering 5+ years of experience as a project developer/engineer in designing and developing building systems Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in Texas Proficiency in mathematical concepts relevant to engineering applications Ability to interpret technical instructions and apply them to practical problem-solving
