What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following customer policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential security-related concerns, helping to deter theft, trespassing, and disruptive behavior through visible presence and timely reporting.
• Support access control and loss prevention efforts by observing customer and employee movement, checking restricted areas, and completing required reports related to incidents, patrols, and/or daily activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Security license for Texas only.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
