At Thelen Auto Group Body Shop, we're hiring a part-time Office Assistant to join our team from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday . This role is ideal for parents with school-aged kids, college students, retirees, or anyone looking to stay productive during the day while maintaining work-life balance.

In this role, you'll be the friendly, organized force that helps keep our body shop running smoothly each morning. What You'll Do:

• Manage administrative processes from start to finish, including paperwork for parts ordering and repair tickets
• Handle insurance paperwork and processing
• Assist with scheduling department workflow
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to order and receive parts
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Open and close repair orders
• Help ensure every customer receives prompt, courteous, and professional service
• Support accounts payable and receivable tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable using computers and office systems
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license
• Automotive body shop knowledge is a plus-but not required
