Commercial Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities Support commercial and sales operations activities, including quote management, order processing, and contract administration. Maintain pricing records and assist with pricing analysis and approvals. Prepare sales performance reports, dashboards, and business analytics. Ensure data accuracy within CRM and ERP systems. Coordinate with sales, finance, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues. Monitor commercial KPIs and identify process improvement opportunities. Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and territory analysis. Support customer onboarding and contract renewal activities. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, business operations, or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
