Job Summary We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Customer Service Clerical Representative to join our team. This role supports the Customer Service department by handling incoming calls, processing orders, performing data entry, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between departments and customers. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional, courteous manner Enter orders accurately into the system and verify product availability Assist with processing returns, order changes, and shipping information Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment Provide support to the sales team and other departments as needed Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and mail handling Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or upscale when needed Requirements High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus Prior customer service or office clerical experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Friendly, professional demeanor and a strong team attitude Why Join Sunair Products?
