About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of current Emergency Room experience is required. License: Massachusetts RN License Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Active American Heart Association ACLS Active American Heart Association PALS Must-Have: Experience in ED Triage/Cardiac Room preferred. IV Certification preferred. Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred. ENPC and CEN preferred. BSN preferred. Traveler must have their own vehicle. Description: This position requires the ability to function independently under general guidance. Candidates must follow established guidelines and protocols specific to the unit. Duties require independent action and judgment. Utilization of time management, communication, planning, delegating, and problem-solving skills is necessary. Candidates must possess and demonstrate critical thinking skills. Maintaining emotional stability in emergency settings is imperative. Personal scrubs of any color are acceptable. Requests for time off during this assignment must be noted in the profile. No more than 5 days of time off will be accepted. Every other weekend and holidays may be required if needed.
