Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct compassionate, comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and swallowing function
Develop personalized treatment and discharge plans that empower patients to reach their goals
Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve communication and swallowing outcomes
Document patient progress with precision, maintaining compliance with regulations and facility standards
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, patients, and families to ensure seamless, patient-centered care
Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or CFY eligibility
Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Passion for making a meaningful difference in patients' lives

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Skilled in patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning
Proficient in swallowing therapy and dysphagia management
Strong clinical documentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptable problem-solving in a fast-paced rehab environment
