What You'll Do:
- Manage and respond to internet leads with speed and professionalism
- Set appointments that Show and Sell
- Lead and Motivate team
- Track performance, follow up, and maximize every opportunity
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience for click to keys
What We're Looking For:
- Automotive sales experience (Internet/BDC Management preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- CRM proficiency
- Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive drive
