Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing personal lines accounts, account rounding, and remarketing, with the potential to grow into a management position. Compensation Package Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities. Benefits : Start with 2 weeks of PTO. Increase to 3 weeks after 1 year of service, with further increases based on tenure. Work Environment : Onsite position with no travel required. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to personal lines accounts. Handle account rounding and remarketing tasks. Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management. Demonstrate the potential to transition into a management role after one year. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Applied EPIC software preferred. Attributes : Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
