Job Performance & OperationsPrepare and serve McDonald’s food products according to company standardsDelivers, models, and enforces all procedures for cooking, cashiering, food preparation, and cleaningDemonstrate urgency, energy, and efficiency during all shiftsFollow all company policies, including cash handling and safety proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment6. Quality, Safety & ProfitabilityEnsures all food safety, systems, and quality standards are consistently followed, including proper use of timers and production toolsEnsures the team maintains product quality standards, including proper preparation and holding timesEnforces proper food handling procedures and accurate portion control for all ingredients and condimentsMonitors cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the restaurant to maintain a safe and hazard-free environmentEnsures all equipment is operated safely and in accordance with company procedures and intended useMinimize waste and ensure proper inventory and product rotationSupport labor control by monitoring staffing and adjusting as needed7. Training & DevelopmentComplete all required training modules and apply knowledge on the jobSupport restaurant goals, including achieving customer satisfaction and performance metricsSupport ongoing development of crew and future leadersFollow up on employee trainingContinuously seek feedback and improvement opportunities8.
