Ready to shape the future of resilient communities? What You'll Do Lead and manage the design team, including graphic designers, UX/UI designers, and other creative professionals. Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee the creation of design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication of the brand message. Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design projects. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients. What You'll Bring 10+ Years of experience in substation P&C design. Knowledge of NESC and NEC when designing substations. Example might be clearances and conduit fill awareness. Experience with utility process and standards is preferred. Experience with Auto Cad, MircoStation and other 3D software is a bonus. Ability to lead their portion of the project with minimal oversight.
