Sales Associate - Fintech

Location & Work Requirements Full‑time onsite at our Manhattan, New York City office. Responsibilities Work closely with senior members of the fintech sales team to own and co‑own client relationships. Provide support for live deals, including preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with internal teams. Become a subject matter expert in fintech & payments. Become an expert in the cryptocurrency market and BitGo's custody, trading, staking, lending, and DeFi products. Work in a fast‑paced environment, driving and managing client requests, issues, and initiatives across multiple teams (trading, lending, operations, compliance, and support). Own the full sales cycle: prospect new business, generate and qualify leads, nurture contacts, and close deals. Conduct consultative sales calls and product deep dives, leveraging your expertise of BitGo's products and how they meet specific client needs. Skills & Experience 2-6 years of experience in crypto, traditional finance (investment or corporate banking), or fintech. Client‑facing experience preferred but not required. Experience interacting with and offering white‑glove coverage and service to institutional clients. Knowledge of fintech, financial markets, crypto market trends, custody. Ability to work in a competitive, fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Haves Demonstrated interest in digital assets. Knowledge of any of the following: payments, protocols and tokens, DeFi, NFTs. Experience in investment or corporate banking, structured products, consulting, or other front‑office roles in the financial industry.
