Identify and document software defects through rigorous program analysis and historical result tracking and ensure all issues are logged in a bug tracking system and reported to developers to maintain clear visibility on product health.What You Will Do:* Ensure all issues are logged in Jira and reported to developers to maintain clear visibility on product health.* Conduct probe testing across various hardware accelerators to ensure the packages can build and inference as expected.* Investigate complex technical issues referred by support teams and collaborate directly with field staff or customers to diagnose problems.* Develop and maintain specialized testing programs that address complex scenarios for upstream packages and their functionality on accelerated hardware.* Design automated scripts and tools that ensure the software remains stable across various hardware environments.* Document the automation and process in Jira and Gitlab.* Work with software developers to build and implement bug fixes or coordinate fix with developers.* Design comprehensive test plans, scripts, and procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with industry standards.* Strategically plan test schedules in accordance with project scopes and delivery dates to guarantee release readiness.* Maintain currency with test scripts in regards to CVEs, bugs, and other required updates/features.* Design automated testing tools to test software performance.What You Will Bring:* Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role.* Must have five (5) years of experience with: Python, requirement analysis, traceability matrix development, and end-to-end quality assurance; and scripting and creating automation using Python and Bash.* Must have three (3) years of experience with automation in GitHub/GitLab.* Must have two (2) years of experience with: container technologies; and DevOps methodologies, scrum and tools.* Must have one (1) year of experience contributing and collaborating with upstream open-source communities, focusing on code contributions, reviews, and alignment with community standards.#LI-DNIThe salary range for this position is $139,797 - $225,090/year.
