7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • Experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements: • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health. Uses PACS, Siemens rooms, Shimadzu and Carestream portables. No IV starts. Shift & Scheduling: Tues-Thurs. No weekend requirements. No holiday requirements; may work Memorial Day if needed. Call required. Floating Requirements: May float to Pain Clinic when needed. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1.
