(Junior) Pricing Manager (all genders)

Job Description Operative management of pricing based on internal KPIs, competitive position, and ABOUT YOU’s strategic goals across more than 20 markets Analysis of assortment performance and derivation of concrete optimization measures Collaboration with the Pricing Engine Team to further develop a machine learning algorithm for price optimization, as well as coordination with other departments Identification and development of innovative projects to strengthen our pricing strategies Creation and continuous improvement of reports and dashboards to monitor relevant KPIs Improvement and implementation of automated pricing processes Execution of A/B tests to evaluate the effects of various discount strategies on performance Qualifications Successfully completed degree in economics, business administration, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus 1–4 years of experience in pricing, controlling, or analytics, ideally in the fashion or e-commerce sector Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical understanding Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel Excellent communication skills in English #J-18808-Ljbffr
