The facility operates as a critical access hospital with 25 beds, offering a unique environment requiring multifaceted and flexible nursing staff. /n Key Details: /n - Scrubs: Navy preferred, or any solid color. - Orientation: Takes place on Tuesdays. - Charting: Utilizes Cerner and FetalLink for OB. - Floating Expectations: Must be prepared to float between OB, L&D, Med/Surg, and ER. - Deliveries and Patient Care: Approximately 100 deliveries per year and up to 350 ER patients monthly. Staff must handle L&D, post-partum, and well-baby care while assisting in other OB areas. /n Requirements: /n - Prior travel experience is necessary. /n Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic and versatile environment due to the facility's size and needs.
