Server Position

Dunwoody Village, a five-star rated continuing care retirement community in Newtown Square, is seeking compassionate individuals to fill full-time and part-time server positions. All applicants must be available to work 11am-7pm or 4pm to 8pm. Must also be available to work a holiday rotation and weekends.

Applicants must have at least one year of food handling and safety experience in a retirement community, restaurant, country club, or other food service setting.

Candidates must be outgoing, enthusiastic individuals who are able to perform a variety of tasks in the food operation including: sets up meals on tray line or in the HearthSide, ensuring proper portioning of food served to residents and employees; assembles cold foods, salads, desserts and condiments; uses safe food handling techniques, labels, dates, wraps and stores all food appropriately; sets up the HearthSide for lunch and cleans up after lunch is completed.
