Captain D’s is hiring a Front Counter / Hospitality Specialist to warmly greet guests, handle transactions at the register, and ensure accurate pricing and orders. You will accept payments, provide receipts, and gather feedback through surveys while maintaining a fast, friendly guest experience. Responsibilities include upselling, handling returns, and resolving guest concerns with composure.
