ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kathleen Alexander - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Im a second-generation State Farm agent and have been with the company for over 20 years, serving as an agent for the past 13 years here in Fort Worth, Texas. My agency is built around relationships, growth, and truly helping people protect what matters most.

Our office culture is fast-paced, team-oriented, supportive, and growth-driven. We hold high expectations, but we pair that with a family-style environment where people feel supported, valued, and encouraged to succeed.
