Residential Counselor - Developmental Disabilities

Location: Lincoln, MA Job Id: 1577 # of Openings: 10 Title: Residential Counselor / Direct Care Pay: $20.20 per hour What You Will Do: As a Residential Counselor/Direct Care employee, you will provide much needed care and attention to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You must attend a paid house meeting every Tuesday from 1 pm–3 pm for most of our schedules. Who We Are: A dedicated team of professionals serving people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury and autism. Our staff of 350 includes psychiatrists, social workers, clinicians, nurses, behavior specialists, peer specialists, board certification behavior analysts, direct service staff and employment specialists.
