Join our Sierra Ranch Veterinary Clinic and Rehabilitation Team! We are seeking a part-time or full-time CSR/Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for applicants willing to work in a team setting with a positive attitude and flexible schedule. A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are a must. Looking for a go-getter attitude and excellent client rapport. You must have previous experience working in the veterinary field.

Skills needed:

• General product knowledge: flea and heartworm preventatives, medications, etc.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Self-motivated
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to read and understand medical terminology
• Pharmacology knowledge
• Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Answering multi-line telephones, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records.
• Communicating with clients regarding patient care.
• Assisting doctors with medical care of patients.

Experience in the veterinary field required- Minimum 1 year experience

Phone Interview will be held first, and then in person working interview.

Job Type: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift (Hospital hours Monday-Friday are 10am-7pm)
• Saturday shifts (8am- 2 pm)
