Milnor Public School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Science Teacher for the 2026 2027 school year.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $41,500 (DOE)
• District pays both sides of TFFR
• District pays single health insurance
• Competitive total compensation package ($65,000+ total package )

Qualifications

• North Dakota teaching license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to support student achievement
• Experience (or interest) in using assessment data (e.g., Fastbridge, NDSA ) to inform instruction
