Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) *5,000 Sign-On Bonus Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $90,000-110,000 annually Job Summary Connectify Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team in the Denver Metro Area. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs Monitor client progress and update programming as needed Conduct parent/caregiver training Collaborate with families,educators, and interdisciplinary providers Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards Participate in clinical discussions and contribute to the ongoing development of quality services across the organization Requirements Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliable transportation for travel between clinic, home, school, and community based service locations as needed *5,000 Sign-On Bonus Paid time off and paid holidays CEU reimbursement and professional development support Mileage reimbursement between client locations Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Direct access to a supportive and engaged leadership team Collaborative work environment led by experienced clinical leadership A diverse caseload across clinic, home, and school based settings *Sign-on bonus paid in installments according to company's payout schedule.
