Job Title and Location Now hiring for a Call Center Representative in Minneapolis, MN. Pay $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. Available Shifts 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Training schedule: 2 days, 9:00 AM-4:30 PM. Dress Code Business casual (jeans permitted with a professional shirt; no shorts, sandals, or Crocs). Job Summary Customer Happiness Specialist – strong communicator who enjoys helping people and providing accurate information. Assist callers, answer questions, and provide professional support in a structured, fast‑paced environment. Ideal for detail‑oriented, dependable individuals comfortable following established processes. Qualifications & Requirements Previous customer service, call center, contact center, administrative, or related experience preferred. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and professionally assist customers over the phone. Ability to follow detailed scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines with accuracy. Excellent attention to detail with strong data entry and documentation skills. Comfortably handle confidential information while maintaining professionalism and discretion. Ability to navigate computer systems, enter information accurately, and learn new software platforms. Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer questions and provide appropriate responses. Reliable and dependable with the ability to work scheduled shifts in a structured call center environment. Bilingual Spanish communication skills are preferred and may be eligible for additional pay consideration. Ability to work independently while contributing to team performance goals.
