Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, career-driven Health Insurance Agent to join our team in Deerfield. No Medicare experience? No problem! We will fully train you. While an active health insurance license is preferred, we are willing to invest in the right candidate and help you get licensed if you have the right drive and attitude.

 

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through health insurance options and enrollment processes
• Assess client needs to recommend optimal coverage plans
• Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and guidelines
• Build relationships by providing exceptional, empathetic customer service
• Manage documentation accurately within internal systems

 

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Health License preferred (e.g., Florida 2-40 or 2-15), but not required—we will help you get it!
• No Medicare experience needed —we provide comprehensive, hands-on training.
• Strong communication abilities to explain complex options in simple terms.
• Tech-savvy skills to handle computer systems and phone software.
• High empathy and patience when assisting diverse populations.
