Edgewood Health and Rehab is currently seeking Licensed CNAs to join our team. If you are not a Certified CNA, unfortunately we will not be able to schedule you for an interview. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including basic daily living activities, mobility assistance, and ongoing monitoring of health status.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, vital signs, and mood to nursing staff; document accurately in EHR systems.
• Assist with personal hygiene, feeding, medication reminders, and safe ambulation; ensure proper body mechanics and manual handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment; follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans and resident comfort, dignity, and well-being.
