Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Graduation from an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Possess an active medical license in Hawaii or eligibility to obtain one.
• Preferred certifications in BLS and ACLS.
