Junior Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop reports and dashboards, and track key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities Partner with internal teams to support data analysis initiatives and ongoing projects Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and provide actionable insights Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure timely completion of assignments Monitor performance metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions Assist in maintaining databases and data systems, ensuring proper functionality Document processes, procedures, and reporting methodologies Provide general support on special projects and departmental initiatives as needed Qualifications 0–1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred Equivalent combination of education, certifications, or hands-on training will be considered Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation, reporting) Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly and effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Why Join Us?
