In order to support all new Medical Assistant hires, Baptist Health is also excited to offer to our new Medical Assistant (MA) Education Cohort , a paid Medical Assistant training program designed to launch or advance your Medical Assistant career within our clinical network in Jacksonville, Florida. This full-time role blends hands‑on clinical Medical Assistant training, professional development, and direct onboarding into one of the best healthcare jobs in Jacksonville. This structured cohort welcomes newly hired Medical Assistants and experienced MAs seeking skill enhancement. The 4‑week MA Education Cohort program provides an immersive experience tailored to individuals wanting to grow in a supportive, team-focused environment. Participants begin at the Baptist Center for Professional Excellence, where they receive essential system onboarding, professional development, and healthcare workflow introductions. After the 4-week program, team members will transition into their Full-time Float Pool or Primary Care MA role.
