Wolfson Children's Hospital Rehab Services is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join the Outpatient Rehab Team. This is a Part-Time position located at Wolfson Children’s Beaches outpatient rehab clinic in the Jacksonville Beach community. Up to $2,500 Sign on Bonus Job Responsibilities Evaluates and treats patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses. Extensive patient/family education. Works with multidisciplinary team care. Experience Requirements Pediatric Occupational Therapy in the outpatient setting is strongly preferred. Education & Credential Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy required. Licensed Occupational Therapist from FL Department of Health required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required. Positions designated as requiring a level II Background (a detailed fingerprint-based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.
