Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Local Travel RNs and LPNs for a 13-week contract with set schedules, consistent hours, and a supportive in-house team.

Position Highlights

Opportunity for additional shifts if desired
What You’ll Do
Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately (within RN/LPN scope)
Monitor residents and report changes in condition promptly
Document care clearly and timely
Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team
Maintain a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment
Requirements
Active RN or LPN license (state-licensed)
Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and dependable attendance
Ability to commit to the full 13-week assignment
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in SNF/LTC or post-acute care
Experience working agency or travel assignments
