Fitness Counselor

Responsibilities Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals. Support potential members in achieving their fitness goals with a lively sales approach. Engage new members during the follow-up process to ensure their success. Member engagement, building and equipment maintenance and safety. Membership sales and billing, customer service, and acting as an information hub for product knowledge, programs, events. Requirements Takes ownership of results. Fights hard to win. Adapts well and quickly to various situations. Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality. Team player and willing to jump into any task and get it done. Possesses strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills. Must be extremely organized. Can work independently, multi-task in a fast‑paced demanding work environment. Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high‑quality work. Comfortable with computer/technology, phone etiquette, and math. Available 20 hours a week, including every Thursday and at least one weekend day. Must successfully pass a background check. Accountabilities Membership sales (club and individual – including services, products, programs). Membership billing. Customer service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution).
