FULL TIME LAWN CARE SERVICE TECHNICIAN 

* Performs the actual work on lawn; operates and maintains equipment. 

* This position handles the fertilizers and pesticides that we use in our day to day operations. 

* Responsible for aerating and seeding lawns as needed. 

Mandatory QUALIFICATIONS: 

* Positive attitude  

* Physically able to operate the equipment to perform job responsibilities such as lifting 50# repetitively throughout the day 

* Service lawns according to procedures learned during training week 

* Maintaining assigned equipment according to those procedures outlined in the equipment manuals 

* Maintaining good customer relations  

* Presenting and promoting the Lawn Doctor service with a professional appearance 

* Available when needed as some Saturday work is required on an occasional basis 

* Able to follow directions 

* Valid driver's license with a good driving record 

PAY SCALE/BENEFITS: Pay varies with experience and qualifications.  

-BONUS on top of hourly pay 

-Time and 1/2 pay over 40 hours 

-Health, Dental and Vision Insurance starts after 60 days  

-Paid holidays  

-Paid vacation after 1 year.
