RN Nurse Educator (Med-Surg/Telemetry or PCU) Acute Care Setting

Up to $3,939/Week | Up to $91/Hour Local Rate | Days (Mon-Fri)

Health Advocates Network is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Educator to support clinical excellence and staff development within a Med-Surg/Telemetry or PCU acute care setting.

What You'll Do

• Lead staff education, onboarding, competency validation, and professional development initiatives.
• Serve as an educator, consultant, and clinical resource to support safe, effective, patient- and family-centered care.
• Facilitate learning across multidisciplinary teams and promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment with evidence-based practice, regulatory standards, quality measures, and patient safety goals.
• Mentor and support nursing staff while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Active NJ or Compact RN License
• MSN Required
• 5+ years of recent RN experience, 2+ of recent RN Educator experience
• Med-Surg/Telemetry and/or PCU Educator experience
• Level I or Level II Trauma background in a large University/acute care setting
• Current BLS Certification
• 13-week contract
• Day shifts, Monday-Friday (8a-4p)
• Potential for permanent placement
