Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Host for our restaurant, The Bobby Jones Pub & Grill!
Our team provides exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our members in our restaurants, the Bobby Jones Pub & Grill. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, love working within a team, and have a passion for people to produce an experience for our members.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving
- to be the best part of each member's day.
- Answer phone calls, and facilitate reservations and to-go orders accurately and efficiently.
- Offer members and guests a warm greeting and a fond farewell.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and other Club offerings.
- Ensure the host area and restaurant is clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.
Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Host and club experience is a plus
- Experience with restaurant POS systems is a plus
- Must be 16 years or older

Physical Requirements
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time
Availability
- This position is available for part-time individuals. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and willing to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours.
- Weekend availability is required.
Salary, Benefits, and Perks:
- $15-$21 per hour (including base wage and service charge)
