Are you looking to be part of a company that’s revolutionizing the energy industry? We're hiring Assembly Technicians to join our team in Millville, NJ where you’ll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Position: Assembly Technician

Pay: $24.00/hour

Schedule:  Day shift Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; overtime should be expected

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced product assembly according to specifications.
• Select materials from kit carts and ensure compliance with 5S principles.
• Inspect completed work, operate various machines, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Skills & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills and experience with hand tools.
• Strong communication, must be able to read, write and speak English

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must wear PPE and may require wearing a respirator.
