How you’ll make an impact in this role • Assess, monitor, and document patient status, communicating clinical updates to physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support safe, high-quality patient care outcomes. • Coordinate comprehensive patient care as a Registered Nurse, collaborating with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure effective care coordination and treatment continuity. • Support safe patient transitions by assessing discharge planning needs, coordinating follow-up care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve recovery and patient outcomes. • Promote quality patient care as a Licensed Registered Nurse by monitoring care effectiveness, identifying changes in condition, and communicating critical information to the healthcare team. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
