El ritmo puede ser intenso; hay ocasiones en las que tienes que compaginar varias tareas en poco tiempo mientras ayudas a los clientes. Responsabilidades del Asociado de Ventas: Saludar a los clientes, responder a preguntas: ofrecer un servicio al cliente excepcional. Recibir y reponer pedidos según sea necesario. Operar cajas registradoras, gestionar transacciones financieras y equilibrar cajones según sea necesario. Alcanzar metas establecidas. Dirigiendo a los clientes hacia la mercancía dentro de la tienda. Aumento de las ventas en tienda. Manteniendo una apariencia ordenada en toda la sala de ventas. Requisitos para el Asociado de Ventas: Habla inglés y español. Experiencia en ventas minoristas. Mantén una actitud positiva y céntrate en la satisfacción del cliente en un entorno acelerado. La capacidad de leer, escribir y realizar matemáticas básicas. Resumen: Como asociado, serás esencial para ofrecer un servicio al cliente excepcional y impulsar las ventas minoristas en nuestra tienda. Al reportar al gerente de la tienda, tus habilidades básicas en reposición, manejo de efectivo y comunicación garantizarán una experiencia de compra bien organizada para los clientes. Tus habilidades premium, incluyendo la comunicación bilingüe en inglés y español, mejorarán la interacción con los clientes. Además, tu experiencia relevante en operaciones de tienda apoyará una comercialización eficaz y demostraciones de productos, contribuyendo al éxito general de nuestro entorno minorista.
